Elena Hugley has been on Savannah’s F&B scene for a number of years. A few years back she starting toying with the idea of offering Savannah some of the flavors of her childhood in Greece. The business took off in 2020. Now, Elena’s Enchanted Kitchen is one of Savannah’s most popular ethnic caterers.
