No one will argue the fact that the cost to eat out has gone through the roof. The costs to provide your favorite meal has as well. Restaurants are in a constant battle with the cost of what it takes to provide a quality product, ever mindful of how much they can pass on to the consumer. This week, Jesse is joined by Savannah Chef Rae Robertson to talk about the delicate dance chefs and restaurant owners go through regularly in order to try to keep your meal as affordable as possible.
