A few days removed from the announcement heard round the world -The Lady and Sons, Paula Deen’s Flagship restaurant in Savannah-was closed. As in for good. There has been a lot of reaction, particularly in the greater Savannah area about the news. There were a lot of memories created in that restaurant and with Paula Deen’s Southern comfort food. Jesse takes a few minutes to try to put some of it into its proper perspective at the end of a near 40 year run for an iconic restaurant.
