Amanda Marks has been in the hospitality industry for over 2 decades. The last 10 she has served as concierge at some of Savannah’s biggest and best hotels. These days you will find her at the Thompson Hotel in the Eastern Wharf area. She joins Jesse to talk about his new book, how well it fits the food scene and some of the bizzare things she has seen in 10 years of trying to make visitors happy.
