For the 3rd year in a row, the Heritage Fire Tour is making a stop in Savannah. Nearly 2 dozen chefs will participate in 2025 all bringing their cooking on open flame creativity to Hutchinson Island. One of those chefs is Derick Wade, a veteran of the food festival circuit. He shares not only his menu but his thoughts on the event and the Savannah food scene.
